Indoor Agriculture

Indoor AgricultureAirGreen has designed and operated energy-efficient indoor climate control systems for indoor agriculture installations including hemp and cannabis, applications that are experiencing rapid growth, but has a history of considerable power consumption. AirGreen’s innovative and patented technologies aggressively remove the moisture generated by evapo-transpiration from plants, creating the optimal growing conditions while also killing various airborne pathogens, including mold, fungi, bacteria, and viruses. A single 2000 CFM AirGreen unit can remove up to 90-95 lbs per hour of moisture, while also saving 50-60% in energy costs. Each AirGreen unit is sized to meet the application demand.

Schools

SchoolsIndoor Air Quality (IAQ) has been an issue that has received a lot of attention lately, and ASHRAE has recommended increases in ventilation of outdoor (fresh) air as a method to decrease transmission of the COVID-19 virus as well as improve conditions to improve the learning environment. Furthermore, many schools have suffered from conditions that promote the formation of mold. AirGreen’s patented and innovative solutions can be deployed to pre-treat and dry the required increases in outside air, providing dry, cool air alongside and in concert with existing HVAC equipment, thus minimizing capital and installation costs for entire new systems. AirGreen’s technology has also been proven to kill the actual live COVID-19 virus, so circulated air can be scrubbed of this pathogen.

Indoor Pools

Indoor PoolsExcessively humid indoor conditions provide the perfect conditions for the growth of both mold and bacteria resulting in an unhealthy indoor air quality and can cause deterioration of the facility and equipment. Overly dry indoor conditions result in situations that require additional make-up water for pools, resulting in increases in energy costs and chemicals. As a result, effective humidity control is an important design criteria for indoor pools, as well as other recreation facilities. AirGreen’s patented and innovative technology is ideal for such applications, as humidity control is our primary objective. A single 2000 CFM AirGreen unit can remove up to 90-95 lbs per hour of moisture, while also saving 50-60% in energy costs. Each AirGreen unit is sized to meet the application demand.
